Eartharmony is a Fairshares Co-operative - which means that workers and customers both have a say in our future, along with founders and investors. You can support us as a worker, customer and/or investor member.
Joining as a member is a great opportunity to show support for Eartharmony and our local community. You'll also get a say in important decisions and access to various benefits depending on your type of membership(s). It is possible to be part of more than one membership class, but you can only vote once in our general meetings which happen at least twice a year.
Customer Membership
For an annual subscription of £50, you can join as a Customer Member. Customer Members receive 10% off all purchases in our Belper shop as well as online, and free local or postal deliveries on all orders. You'll get a vote at twice-yearly general meetings and access to members-only events throughout the year. Note: We recommend that you buy your membership in a separate transaction to your shopping, as we need to manually process your details before you can start enjoying your members' discounts.
Business Customer Membership
Local businesses and sole traders can support our work by joining as a Business Customer Member for £100 per year or £10 per month.
As a Business Customer Member, you can access 20% discount in store and online, free pop-ups at our community evenings and access to sustainability support and networking with other members of our co-operative society.
Worker Membership
Can you commit to 10 hours + per month to serve customers, work on our website or other admin, or do deliveries?
We welcome workers aged 14 and over.
Everyone earn shares equivalent to minimum wage (£1= 1 share), which can be withdrawn in cash when we have sufficient funds available.

5hrs/week - Marketing Lead
5hrs/week - E-commerce Lead
2.5 hrs/week - x3 Customer Service Assistants
We are keen to identify individuals who are interested in completing degree-level apprenticeships in Multi - Channel Marketing and Business Management.
