Instant Soup made to a traditional Japanese recipe. White miso base with tofu and spring onions.
To prepare, empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl or a cup and add 1 cup (200ml) of hot water. Stir well and enjoy hot.
Freeze-dried miso (89%) (whole soya beans, rice, sea salt, roasted barley flour) , dried green onion (7%), freeze-dried tofu (4%) (soya beans, kuzu, nigari {coagulant}).
