Rosemary and sea salt crisps

Brown Bag Crisps are brought to you by Phil and Viv, a husband and wife team, from their family-run company in Surrey.

Made using British potatoes - still in their skins - which we gently fry in sunflower Oil and then season with aromatic English rosemary and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Ingredients:

Potatoes, high oleic sunflower Oil, seasoning (8%) (rice flour, sugar, sea salt, onion, yeast extract, garlic powder, rosemary, parsley, oregano, dried lemon juice, sage, natural flavouring, white pepper).
