'Dried spearmint leaves produce a super-refreshing infusion that is delightful either hot or cold. Naturally caffeine-free, it can calm an upset stomach.

It can also add flavour to meals by adding depth and earthiness to dishes that you simply don't get with fresh mint. Dried spearmint is wonderful sprinkled into salads or spooned into dressings, try it on a chopped salad of finely diced cucumbers, tomatoes and onions and sharpened with a squeeze of lemon juice and lots of extra virgin olive oil.'
